We currently offer delivery services in select areas only. When placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address to see if we deliver to your location. If we don't deliver to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our delivery services soon.

Delivery Times:

We strive to provide timely delivery services to our customers. Delivery times may vary based on the restaurant's preparation time and the distance between the restaurant and your delivery location. We provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and the restaurant's delivery policies. When placing your order, you will be shown the delivery fee associated with your order. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your order.

Delivery Instructions:

When placing your order, you will have the option to provide delivery instructions to the driver. This can include information about how to access your building or specific instructions for finding your location. Please note that our drivers will do their best to follow your instructions, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or notification through the app. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery location to avoid any delays or issues.

Missing or Incorrect Orders:

If you believe that your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with the restaurant and driver to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order, you may not be able to cancel it. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.
